In Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, the story revolves around the AllSpark, a form of key which is of great importance to both the Autobots and the Decepticons. The AllSpark activates the Sun Harvester which allows the fallen transformers to get their revenge on human kind and the Earth. In order to save the world, the Autobots, Sam, and his friends, have a major fight on their hands to stop the evil Decepticons. The Decepticons know that the Autobots love and care for their human friends and they use it against them by using Sam as a pawn which they try to destroy. A full on battle between good and evil, with huge crushing and powerful Transformers in their complete raw state, shows just how much technology has advanced in just the few short years between the original Transformers film and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen has a star-filled cast including Shia LeBeouf, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, John Tuturro, Ramon Rodriguez, Kevin Dunn, Julie White, Isabel Lucas, John Benjamin Hickey, Matthew Marsden, Andrew Howard, Michael Papajohn, Glenn Morshower, and John Eric Bentley. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen also features the voices of Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime and Hugo Weaving as Megatron.
